Adults refer to animals or humans that have reached their full developmental stage. Adults are social concepts and also a legal notion in the human world. Legal adult means a person attains the age of maturity. They are considered to be autonomous, self-sufficient, and responsible. Sometimes referred to as "majors" They can also be thought to have reached the age of adulthood. The age of 18 is as the age of legal maturity, but this definition can differ according to the nation, lawful rights or the development of a person's psychological.

When it comes to the life span of an individual adulthood is the age at which he or she is at the point of complete intellectual and physical maturation. Commonly, adulthood begins around age 21 or 20. The middle age stage, which begins at about 40 years and is followed by the onset of an ageing process that can last up to 60 years. Adulthood is divided into three distinct phases: Early adulthood (18-30 years) and Middle Adulthood (30-60 year olds) and finally, late adulthood (60%-60 60%). As we enter the initial stage of adulthood (between 20 and 40), our bodies are at their peak of maturity, even though our weight and height might increase a bit. As we enter the first years of our adulthood, we're physically at our peak. The strength of our muscles, the response timing, the ability to sense and cardiac function all reach their maximum.
