Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 in Livingston New Jersey. Handler was among the youngest six children. Handler's father, an auto dealer, was also her mother. Her mother arrived in the United States in 1958, in the form of an immigrant from Germany. Her diagnosis was breast tumors in 1989. A decade later she passed away. Handler's father was Jewish and she was brought up within Reform Judaism. Handler was blessed with a joyful and healthy childhood being raised in a wealthy community. When she turned aged 21, Handler decided to pursue the stand-up comic profession full time since she discovered her storytelling talents. The beginning of her career Handler started out her career in the Oxygen network all-female cast for the hidden camera/practical-joke reality show Girls Behaving badly. The show aired from 2002 until the year 2005. The handler was later employed in different shows like Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler was also a a corresponded to The Tonight Show. Handler made her breakthrough in 2006, as she took over hosting her E! Chelsea Handler's show. The Chelsea Handler Show ran for 2 seasons. Handler performed throughout her native United States on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have aired her stand-up comedy performance. In 2010, she was confirmed to host the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. It made her the 2nd women in history, behind Roseanne Barr, who hosted the VMAs.
